Kim joined the Board of Trustees in 2017. Kim worked for over 35 years at Bank of America in Audit and Finance, Loan and Deposit Operations, Treasury Management, and Human Resources. She retired as Senior Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development. Kim has previously volunteered with United Way, Junior Achievement, Ronald McDonald House, and the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. She is a member of Holy Trinity parish in Lenexa, Kansas.

Karen joined the board in 2016. She attended St. Joseph Grade School and graduated from Aquinas in Shawnee, KS. Karen worked for American Century Investments for 7 years and for Ernst and Whinney Public Accounting Firm. She also worked as a paraprofessional for Blue Valley School District, Shawnee Mission School District, and Sacred Heart Catholic School. Karen volunteers for Catholic Charities and serves as a Eucharistic Minister for the Homebound and Sick . She is a member of Holy Trinity in Lenexa, Kansas.
CPA at Black and Veatch
Bob joined the Board in 2017 and serves as Chairman of the Finance Committee. He is a CPA and has 35 years of finance and accounting experience that began at Deloitte & Touche in Denver before relocating to Kansas City in 1989. He has also worked at Sprint Corporation, The Kansas City Star, and is currently in corporate strategy at Black & Veatch. Bob and his wife Amy have raised four children that have graduated from Catholic grade schools and St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He is a member of Holy Trinity in Lenexa, Kansas.
Susan joined the Board of Trustees in 2019. As a student, Susan attended St. Peter's Grade School and (KCK) and graduated from Bishop Ward High School (KCK). She has previously volunteered on the Board of Directors for the YMCA, United Way, and Community Housing of Wyandotte County. She is an active facilitator for the Virtus program and is a member of the Cathedral of St. Peter Parish (KCK) where she is the president of the Altar Society, a Team Leader for Centering Prayer Group, Co-Leader of Scripture Study, and Co-Leader of Anglo-Hispanic-Woman to Woman Mentoring Program.
Lucy joined the Board of Trustees in 2018. She attended Our Lady of Unity Elementary School and graduated from Bishop Ward High School. Lucy is eager to be involved in the community that provided her with a foundation for success. Lucy has volunteered at El Centro, Hope House, and Harvesters. She is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Shawnee, Kansas.

Mary joined the Board of Trustees in 2017. Mary worked at Holy Trinity for over 10 years. Mary has volunteered in various capacities, including for HT, SJA, STA, PTO, and Girl Scouts. She partook in RCS events for several years before joining the Board of Trustees. She is a member of Holy Trinity in Lenexa, Kansas.

Lynn joined the Board of Trustees in 2019. Lynn has extensive experience as a Human Resources professional having worked for various companies including Payless Cashways, Tennebaum-Hill Associates, and Hallmark Cards, Inc. While her children were in school, Lynn volunteered at Holy Trinity and St. Thomas Aquinas. She currently volunteers with Holy Trinity's Saint Vincent de Paul society to provide support for those in need. Lynn is a member of Holy Trinity parish in Lenexa, Kansas.
CPA at Dylan Corporate Services
Lilli joined the Board in 2020. She attended St. Joseph Grade School and High School. Lilli is a CPA and worked at Coopers and Lybrand (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers). She was the Executive Vice President of Dinner Playhouse, before becoming the Executive Director of American Heartland Theatre. Lilli had the privelage to serve as the Executive Director of AHT for over 20 years. She was the CEO and COO of Central Exchange, a non-profit organization dedicated to woman leadership. Currently, Lilli works at Dylan Corporate Services. Lilli served on the board of the National Storytellers Association. She is a member of Cure of Ars in Leawood.
Mindy joined the Board of Trustees in 2021. She attended Our Lady of Unity Elementary School and graduated from Bishop Ward High School. She is an officer for our local National Association of Women in Construction, Community Vice President for Junior League of Wyandotte and Johnson Counties, a Director for Mechanical Contractors Association of Kansas City, and a Director for Young Women on the Move. She has two sons who attend Sacred Heart of Jesus, where her and her family are members.
