FEVER: Your child must be kept at home until they are fever free for at least 24 hours without the use of medicine.

VOMITING or DIARRHEA: Your child must be kept at home for 24 hours from the last time he/she vomited or had diarrhea.

ANTIBIOTIC: Your child should be kept at home for 24 hours after the first dose of an antibiotic for sickness such as eye infection, strep or pneumonia
Please consult your doctor promptly if there is any doubt about the condition of your child. Follow the directions from your child’s physician or school nurse before sending your child back to school following a communicable disease. The nurse may ask for a note from your child's pediatrician upon returning to school.

Al regresar a la escuela, la enfermera puede solicitar una nota del pediatra de su hijo(a) autorizando su regreso.

သင့်ကလေး၏ ကျန်းမာရေးအခြေအနေနှင့်ပတ်သက်၍ သံသယတစ်စုံတစ်ရာရှိပါက ဆရာဝန်နှင့် အမြန်ဆုံး တိုင်ပင်ပါ။ ကူးစက်တတ်သောရောဂါတစ်ခု ဖြစ်ပွားပြီးနောက် သင့်ကလေးကို ကျောင်းပြန်မပို့မီ သင့်ကလေး၏ ဆရာဝန် သို့မဟုတ် ကျောင်းသူနာပြု၏ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များကို လိုက်နာပါ။
