MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness is the ability to focus on the present moment, it is used as a therapeutic technique to help release stress and anxiety.  I like to use mindfulness each day by listening to music, but mostly as prayer. Mindfulness can help you pray intentionally.  Prayer is a type of mindful activity that allows you to focus intently on forming a deeper connection with God.
