ENROLLMENT DATES FOR THE 2021-2022 YEAR

CURRENT FAMILIES: Open Enrollment begins on February 4th. Packets will be sent home with students that day. 

NEW FAMILIES: Open Enrollment begins on February 16th. Enrollment packets will be available online at that time. To request a packet be mailed to you, please email the Enrollment Manager at fholcomb@rcskck.org.

STEPS TO ENROLL

STEP 1: Complete the Information Request Form. If you do not have computer access or need assistance, please call the school at 913-371-8101 to set up your appointment. New families: If your child currently has an IEP and will be accessing Special Education services, please bring a copy of the IEP to Resurrection's office. Resurrection will initiate the conversation with the KCKPS. A meeting with the parents will be set up prior to the start of the school year. STEP 2: Complete the enrollment packet. Please contact the school office to request a packet OR you can print the packet online.

Enrollment packets for the 2021-2022 school year will be available after January 2021. 

This packet includes the Parish Verification form that needs to be signed by the Parish Pastor in order to receive the In-Parish tuition rate. 

 

STEP 3: Apply for financial aid. Families interested in applying for financial aid must apply through FACTS at FACTS Online. Detailed instructions for applying for financial aid through FACTS  can be found at FACTS Online Guide. To complete FACTS you will need to have your most recent tax return information.

 

STEP 4: Pay enrollment fee. All families must pay a non-refundable enrollment fee. The 2021-2022 enrollment fee amount will be posted after January 2021. Payment should be dropped off or mailed to the school office at 425 N. 15th St., Kansas City, KS 66102. 

RETURNING FAMILIES

STEPS TO RE-ENROLL

STEP 1: Complete the enrollment packet. Packet are sent home with students in February. You can request an additional copy OR you can print the packet online.

Enrollment packets for the 2021-2022 school year will be available after January 2021.

The enrollment process is complete once:

1. Enrollment packet (with Pastor’s signature on the Parish Commitment Form) has been turned into the office.

2. FACTS Grant and Aid application WITH 2020 tax information has been submitted online at online.factsmgt.com/aid

3. Enrollment fee has been turned into the office.
