  • Parents are strongly discouraged from picking up their child before these designated times due to the congestion it causes and interaction with the office staff.

  • If your child has an appointment right after school, please pick them up by 3:00 or wait until their designated time.

Classrooms

  • Students will stay in their seats unless given permission by the teacher.

  • Students will have their own set of pencils, pens, or other supplies and sharing will not be allowed.

  • Students will stay in their classroom with their cohorts except during lunch and recess.

  • Art, music, technology, makerspace, and P.E. teachers will come to the students’ classrooms or take the students outside for instruction.

  • For Middle School, the teacher will move rooms whenever possible to avoid student movement.

Hallways

  • Students should pass on the right side of the hallway, walking six feet apart.

  • There is no physical contact between students and students or students and teachers.

  • At all times possible, limit the use of hallways to one class at one time.

Church/Mass

  • We are working with our priests at this time for best practices on attending Mass and receiving the sacraments.

Lunch

  • We are working with the health department to determine the best way to distribute and gather for lunch.

Bathrooms

  • Only 3 students at one time in the restroom-keeping their six foot distances. Hands must be washed before returning to class.

Recess

  • All equipment should be sanitized daily. Students should wash hands before and after contact with any equipment.

Breaks

  • More frequent but shorter breaks to be taken indoors and outdoors, especially with how little movement students will be allowed in the building.
